This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how the personal data you share through the demo form and our contact channels on tmsdeck.com is processed.

This notice covers this website only. Data inside the installations of companies that use the TMSdeck program is not covered here; the contract with that company applies to it.

What data we process

Identity and contact: your full name, company name, phone number and e-mail address.
Request details: the kind of work you do, your number of vehicles and users, and anything you write in the message field.
Correspondence: what you send us by e-mail or tell us by phone.
Security: your IP address, browser details, the page you sent the form from and, if any, details of the campaign link that brought you to the site.

Why we process it

To reply to your demo request, plan a call with you, prepare a quote, run the contract process if you wish, prevent misuse of the form and keep the site secure.

Legal basis

Your data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK: "directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract" (point c) and "legitimate interest of the data controller" (point f). Sending campaign and news e-mails requires your explicit consent; without it, no such e-mails are sent.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is processed technically only as far as needed to run the service, by the provider hosting the site and the e-mail service provider. If one of these providers has servers abroad, the transfer is made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention

Demo requests are kept for up to two years after the request is closed. If a contract is signed, the periods set by the relevant laws apply. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or wrong, and deleted or destroyed where the conditions are met; to ask for these actions to be notified to the parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
