General
What is TMSdeck?
A transport management system for road carriers and freight forwarders. Quotes, orders, trips, vehicles, forwarding files, invoices, payments, cash and reports are all in one place.
I only do road freight (or only forwarding). Does it fit?
Yes. Road Transport, Fleet and Forwarding are separate modules. You take only what you need; unused sections stay out of the menu.
Is there GPS tracking?
No. TMSdeck is office software, with no GPS device, driver app or customer portal. You keep your existing tracking system. You can send customers a tracking link for their order.
Is TMSdeck available in English?
The interface is in Turkish. Documents can be produced in English: CMR, B/L instructions, house B/L, house AWB, pre-alerts and invoices. English documents print in capital letters without Turkish characters, so names match bookings abroad.
Setup, data and backups
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on computers and phones. Your company gets its own address.
Where is my data and is it safe?
Each company gets its own installation and database. Servers are in Turkey, with automatic backups every other day. Two-step login and role-based access are included.
Can I import my Excel data?
Yes. Accounts, opening balances, vehicles, staff, cheques, past trips, tariffs, toll and fuel statements load from Excel. Faulty rows are shown before saving.
Who handles updates and backups?
We do. We install updates, and backups run automatically every other day. You don't have to do anything.
e-Invoicing, U-ETDS, currencies and permissions
Can I issue e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices?
Yes, through Paraşüt. Invoices go to your Paraşüt account and are sent from there. Export to Bizim Hesap is also available. e-Waybill is not included.
Does it handle U-ETDS reporting?
Yes. Trips with your own trucks are reported to U-ETDS in one click or automatically. Subcontracted trips and ADR reports are not sent from TMSdeck.
We work in foreign currencies. Does it handle exchange differences?
Yes. CBRT rates arrive daily. Close a foreign-currency invoice in lira; the exchange difference is calculated and an exchange-difference invoice can be issued.
Can my staff see profit and buy prices?
Only if you allow it. Ready roles: Manager, Operations, Accounting, Pricing, Read-only. Profit and buy prices are visible only to authorised users.
How is fuel consumption calculated?
With the full-tank method. The fuel bought between two full fills is divided by the kilometres in between and shown as L/100 km. Thirsty trucks are flagged in the report.
Are customs declarations filed from TMSdeck?
No. EORI, summary declaration and temporary storage details are kept on the file. You keep working with your customs broker for declarations.
Pricing and licence
How much does it cost?
The price depends on your modules and number of users. Fill in the form; we'll discuss what you need and send a written quote.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Your licence sets your modules and user count, and you can add modules later. Turning a module off never deletes its data; it comes back when you turn it on.
