TMSdeck is office software for road carriers and freight forwarders, developed in Istanbul. Quotes, trips, trucks, shipment files, invoices and payments sit in one place.
Why we built it
In a freight office the same job is often typed into three or four places. The quote is written in Word, the trip is tracked in Excel and the invoice is issued in a separate accounting package. Whether a trip or a file made money only shows up at month end, once the spreadsheets are pieced together.
We built TMSdeck to end that. Data is entered once; trips, documents, invoices and reports all work from the same record. An accepted quote becomes a road order or a forwarding file, it is invoiced after delivery, and the payment is matched to the invoice.
It is not a generic accounting package. Trips, trucks, drivers, subcontractors and shipment files are at its core. Every module is listed on the features page.
How we work
We listen first
In the demo call we show the system with trips and files like yours. We send a written price once we have talked through what you need.
We handle setup and data import
We set up a separate address and database for your company, and we load your account, opening balance, vehicle and staff lists from Excel.
We don't promise what isn't there
There is no GPS tracking, e-waybill (e-İrsaliye) or driver app today, and we say so at the start of the call. You keep using your existing vehicle tracking system.
We build from real requests
New features come from needs that arise in the daily work of the companies using TMSdeck.
Updates and backups are on us
We install updates, and backups run automatically every other day. There is nothing for you to do.
Only the modules you use
Pricing depends on the modules and the number of users. Add modules later as your business grows.
